This is my analysis and interpretation of Villa in the Forest (1994), designed by Kazuyo Sejima and located in Nagano, Japan. The home's geometry, particularly the central circle, influences its internal operations and its interaction with the surrounding forest.
After studying the villa, I created hand-drawn sections, plans, and comparative diagrams of the home. To conclude, I created a model representing the relationship between the movement of the space and perspective, and to also understand the role of light in the villa.
